Our Story

Pictured: In order, owners Salts, George and Sam have fun filming with Belstaff & Royal Enfield down Pendine Sands, July 2021.

In some ways, this paints a true picture of the fun and excitement Baffle was built on. Baffle Haus grew from the love of motors, good times and equally good coffee. With the lads finding any excuse to head out to the local cafe or roastery on the bikes, it didn't take long for these passions to combine.

Okay, so back to the beginning...

Baffle Team Assemble

Our 'Share the Ride' motto meant from day one we were always passionate about being more than just an online community. It all started at the Distinguished Gentleman's Ride; where a group of mates, riders and subsequently business partners bonded over bikes.

It's fair to say that establishing a business together was the last thing on our minds at the time, but when like-minded people spend too much time on two wheels together great things happen.

With a vision to promote an inclusive motoring culture, we set a target to open a cafe, a destination and a place to call our own: Baffle Haus.

Okay, so you're still with us...

With ‘Share the Ride’ the backbone of the business, it's been a great pleasure to watch the team grow.

Some would say 90% of the time it doesn't feel like work... okay 85%... but we're blessed to have a great team working to promote a culture we believe to be special. From the products we choose to have in store, the coffees we freshly brew and the food we fire out of our 'Fuel Station', everything is done with quality in mind.

As we fly through 2024... we're filled with excitement and nerves but most importantly with a great sense of support thanks to the people around us.

BAFFLE HAUS: OLD POST

We are incredibly excited to announce we'll be launching Baffle Haus: Old Post later this year (time is running out!)

Located on the A48 between Cardiff & Cowbridge, much like our current location at The Cedars, we'll be a convenient pit stop on your travels.

As you'll come to see, Old Post has lots of parking for cars and bikes so we're looking forward to accommodating more of our four-wheeled friends which has always been a restriction at the Cedars.

Follow the journey online via Instagram, Facebook and YouTube where we run a Behind Baffle series that encapsulates the carnage.
