The Merlin Raptor D3O Laminated Jacket is a three-layer stretch ripstop adventure shell built for everything from a weekend blast to a multi-day tour. A PFAS-free DWR-treated laminate shell is rated 15,000mm waterproofing and 12,000g/m² breathability, backed with a tricot lining and finished with fully taped, waterproof YKK zips throughout — including bicep vents and twin rear vents for airflow when the weather turns.
Protection comes from a pre-fitted D3O® LP1 tri-vented shoulder system, adjustable D3O LP1 elbow armour, and a D3O® Viper back protector as standard, with pockets built in for an optional D3O chest protector. Reinforced elbow overlays, 3M reflective detailing, and a removable, adjustable hood round out a jacket rated to CE EN17092-3:2020 Level AA.
