A man's legendary cut, finally available for WOMEN!
This was our very last challenge! Bring back an old "must-have" to life, in a Woman's cut! This legendary Aviator design is well known because it was worn by the great adventurers, and US Air Force pilots... It is part of the history... a good legend, but sad to say, only masculine! Just as the modern history we teach to our children... Neither women were represented as heroes in the books, nor did they wear aviators jackets... Aviation, Golf and Motorcycling... All of these activities were MEN ONLY.
This is our point! Since the beginning, Wildust is working on making HERSTORY for real! We fight for the idea that women can ride like girls, wearing clothes that are not men's exclusive. We address women who fight, who ride, who dare, who make HERSTORY! Let's re-write the history of this legendary aviator jacket, making real a fitted and feminine cut for this beautiful leather jacket.
CUT & STYLE
- Retro styled, the jacket is made of genuine cowhide leather, Dark brown.
- The inner lining is a so vintage tartan that brings us back to the 70's!
- The cut is feminine, and fitted, the arms are adjusted, to avoid the fluffy effect.
- This jacket is designed for women who ride, so despite the traditional style, we made some modifications, so it will fit perfectly! Fitted cut, and also longer back, to avoid the "ride up" effect in the back. We all have experimented the disappointing feeling of a jacket that rides up in your back, when you hang on the bars... No worries, back will be warm and safe with this special design.
CONCEPTION:
- The genuine cowhide leather is 1.1mm thick, it is strong and flexible at the same time.
- The collar is made of sherpa, to keep you warm and comfy when riding.
- Zipper in the front and stretchable rubber parts in the arms and waist, to get an adjusted outfit.
- Each piece is unique, hand made by our local partner based in Sialkot.
PROTECTION AND SECURITY
- Pockets for protections are sewed in the inner lining. This way you can choose to wear the jacket in everyday life, and also for riding. You'll just need to upgrade the protections to the lining. You can now decide to wear the protection or not. Lining can be upgraded with back, elbows and shoulders protection.
